Medical Mission- GASH

I was very interested in the medical field. God show me the “Clinical & Spiritual Medical Mission” vision since 1999 and He has provided me great opportunities to entry into the medical sectors which I was not expecting in my life. I entered in to the medical sectors from the small health training of Medical lab Assistant and now I completed the Diploma in Pharmacy where I got the qualified pharmacist degree !! Again I am joined RD (Rural Development) course to gain the knowledge about the Rural development project.

I did lots of works in the rural and urban areas of Nepal as well as I involved in the several medical camp and mission since 1999 to now. We also provided the community health care services for the remote village of Gorkha for two years. I have my own pharmacy & clinic in the kathmandu where I use to give my spare time which is being a regular income for my personal life -expanses.

When I use to go in the out reach mission at that time always I feel to be the medical mission with the Gospel of God !! Therefore I wanted to make or arrange the medical mission(dental camp, medical camp, eye camp etc) with the Gospel of God for our every outreach mission to remote village areas of Nepal. So that we heartily welcome to all the christian organization, churches,christian missionaries to bring the medical camp or dental camp or eye camp in to Nepal for working together with us!!

I struggled a lots but I didn’t become disappointed. His ways became more impressionable to me. It is true that we came into this world with nothing and we will leave it with nothing. Everything that we do for ourselves in this world is valueless. So we must be kind, helpful, and trust in Jehovah Jireh, in preparation for a beautiful place in heaven.

I am nothings and I can't do anything with my own effort but everything is God and nothings are impossible in Him. We are only a planner but our director is God. So that My Hope, My Vision & My prayer are in Him.

Clinical & Spiritual Out Reach Mission (CSORM): we have a registered Health organization which is called " Gorkha Association of social Health (GASH). we are running the "Clinical & Spiritual out Reach Mission" through this GASH.

Introduction:-
Clinical & Spiritual Out Reach Mission (CSORM) has been started by clinical and spiritual visionary peoples. All the board members are dedicated in the God’s services. CSORM is Christian based organization and its vision is to reach the rural and remote peoples through the medical relief package and Gospel of God.

Nepal is naturally and culturally very beautiful country but in another hand Nepal is economically poor country of the world. There are 77 districts in Nepal where only few district are developed. Especially facilities of Hospitals (Medical treatment), roads, electricity, universities and Modern technology are only available in the capital and city area of Nepal. 70 percent of peoples are underprivileged and are under the poor circle and these peoples are unable to getting health facilities, education etc. Sometimes numbers of peoples die even not getting the simple medicines like metronidazole and ORS.

In another side, Nepalese peoples believe in many God. Poor and rural peoples living in the darkness society. There is only 3 percent Christian in Nepal. Therefore by focusing these all variable culture, society, religion, poor and needy peoples of Nepal, CSORM has established for serving underprivileged peoples through clinical and spiritual God’s Mission.

Objective/Vision:
1. First, to visit rural and remote area (far distances from capital city of Nepal) to preaching the Gospel of God by 3 person.
2. To find out the situation and needy of underprivileged peoples at our every gospel mission trip.
3. Arrange the relief mission package program like Medical Camp, Dental Camp, Eye Camp, clothing and food distribution programs etc.
4. To run the free school health programs with health awareness teaching .
5. Arrange the medical camp with Doctors, pharmacist and medicines in every 3 month for different remote and rural districts of Nepal.

Expanses for each Medical Camp:
Phase-I:
First, we have to visit in rural /remote district for identify the situation and needs of health facilities of community. It will be introductory visit where we can be familiar with the district leaders and public leaders as well as we can preach the gospel of God to the public. Then we can manage the place and date for arrange the medical camp or eye camp or dental camp. Also this visit will be much helpful to do estimate the manpower (volunteers, doctors, paramedics, and evangelist), necessary medicines and cost, placement of lodging and fooding, cost of transportation etc for arrange the medical camp. For this phase-I assignment, we have to send two dedicated Christian people. One should be Medical person and another should be pastor or evangelist. Approximately US $ 250 will be need for complete this phase-I as a transportation, lodging, fooding cost.

Phase-II:
Each Medical camp will be minimum 2 to 3 days period. We need some Nepalese paramedics for helping to the foreign doctors as well as remote rural Nepalese does not understand the English language. So that definitely some paramedics and evangelist will be necessary for translate. Totally there will be 10 to 15 manpower will be involving in each medical camp. We have to pay for 7 Medical Doctor/Dentist and pharmacist which will be minumum cost as respect and encourage for their genuine help and also we have to provide some amount as a "Thanks Gift" for other 7 volunteers.

Necessary budget for each medical camp:
1.total Medicines & minor surgical item's cost-- Rs.500,000/-(US $. 4,166)
2.Minimum Daily allowance for team (15 person)-Rs.200,000/-(US $.1,666)
3.Transportation cost-------Rs.72,000/-(US $.600)
4.Lodging/fooding cost -----Rs.50,000/-(US $.500)
5.Miscellaneous(printing/stationaries items etc) -Rs.25,000/-(US $.208)
Total Rs.647, 000/-(US $.5,391)

Efficacy from this Medical Camp:
* We can serve approximately 500 poor and sickness peoples per day with clinically and spiritually.
* More than thousands peoples will hears the gospel of God from our each medical camp mission.
* Poor and sickness peoples will get the free treatment and medicines that are unable to afford money for minor medicines.
* It will be very good opportunity for serving the poor and sickness peoples of remote areas of Nepal !!
